FIT Launch offers a number of programs for fitness enthusiasts. Personal Training, Weight Management, Athletic Conditioning can be provided in North-Western Washington State by FIT Launch Staff through our Fitness Gatherings and Yoga Gatherings programs, and referral to one of our FIT Pro's can be provided for those of you outside of our home office area.
Exercise chat forum
FIT Launch "Fitness Cafe" exercise chat forum. We hope this makes for a nice meeting place for regular visitors as well as an educational opportunity for us all. Discussions generally include fitness chat, trainers chat, and general health chat. While we know fitness chat rooms, just like any other chat room can take on a life of their own we primarily focus topics to the realm of health and fitness.
